POLICY

SHIPPING

Yes, we do ship products to our customers.  Orders are shipped out 2-3 business days after you place your order.  Please note if you place an order on a business day that happens to also be a holiday, the shipping countdown starts the following business day.  Also keep in mind that once your product leaves our facility and you receive your tracking number,  we are no longer responsible for the package and it's timely arrival.  Any questions or concerns in regards to your package must be directed to the carrier using the tracking number you werer given.

DELIVERY

Yes, we do deliver orders to our customers if you are within the New Orleans area.  Delivery fees vary based on where you are from SNC headquarters.  You can choose delivery as an option on the checkout screen.  The price will say $0, but please note that we will contact you via text letting you know the fee.  If you agree with the fee, it can be paid via cash app or we'll send you a link to make a payment.  If you disagree with the fee, we will give you a location where you can pick your products up from.  Please not that if you pick it up from the location, you will need an order number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Yes, we do accept returns and exchanges. 

The window for returns is 3 days after you have received your order.   Please note that we do not accept returns in exchange for a refund. We do, however, accept returns in order for you to make an exchange.  Exchanges are accepted for a larger or smaller size of the same product you are returning.  We do not allow you to exchange a product for something else of an equal or lesser value.

 

The product you are returning needs to be in the same condition it was when you received it.  Meaning, the product cannot look as though it has been worn for an extended amount of time or be returned damaged.  

DAMAGES

Damage claims must be submitted the same day you receive your product.  If you received your product and it is damaged, clear photos must be taken of the packaging as well as the product and submitted to us via text.  Upon our examination of the photos, we will then determine what action needs to be taken in regards to the replacement of your product.  We will respond back to you via text no later than the following business day.

REFUNDS

Please note that all sales are final and we do not give refunds for any reason.  Exchanges only.
